Personalized Attention

What is VIP Care?

Care focused on comfort and dignity

VIP Care is a personalized care program aimed at patients with terminal conditions who need specialized support focused on symptom management, emotional well-being, and comfort at home.

This service prioritizes the patient's quality of life, providing medical support, family guidance, and compassionate care. Rather than focusing on curative treatments, VIP Care seeks to alleviate discomfort, reduce distress, and offer a peaceful environment for the patient and their family.

Our interdisciplinary team works closely with the family to ensure that every decision is made with clear information, respect, and sensitivity to the patient's needs.

The peace of mind of receiving care at home

Receiving care at home allows patients to remain in a familiar and comfortable environment, surrounded by loved ones. This type of care promotes emotional well-being, reduces the stress associated with travel, and allows families to actively participate in the care process. Furthermore, the healthcare team provides personalized support, tailoring each intervention to the patient's needs to ensure comfort, dignity, and quality of life.

Benefits of receiving care at home:

  • The patient remains in a warm environment with his family.

  • It reduces the stress associated with frequent hospitalizations.

  • Avoid complications such as hospital infections or disorientation

  • It reduces the physical and emotional burden of constant travel.

  • It allows for more personalized and relaxed attention.

Family Support

We not only care for the patient, we also support the family

Our team educates family members and caregivers on how to provide the best possible care for their loved one at home. We also offer emotional support throughout the entire process.

The support continues even after the patient's death, providing follow-up and support during the grieving process.

INCLUDES

  • Guidance for family members and caregivers

  • Emotional support during the process

  • Follow-up calls

  • Spiritual counseling visits

  • Grief support for up to one year
